We must be trying to match eachother cat-for-cat. As well as having a Tigger, we now have a black cat. He moved in with us several months ago. Apparently, his name is Lynx and he lived with a young family not far from us. They had a new baby and also got a new cat at the same time. Lynx obviously too exception to that and moved in with us. Tigger used to attack him, but he kept coming back for more and now they have an uneasy truce.

We never knew his real name until we met his former family so we just called him Black Cat and he now answers to nothing else. His old family would like him to go home and even blame our long-haired ginger cat, Bart, for him moving out - saying Bart used to call for him and they'd come back to my place. I think they've now accepted that he's with us for good now.

I wish I could have Coda, but I'd have to steal him from my violin teacher.

That story sounds similar to how we got our old cat, Felix... Except replace "New baby" to "new kitten." And we didn't have Tigger yet. But basically some kids down our street took offense to us having Felix at first but then didn't care after they got their new kitten.

So adorable! Just like my Poupi, a little panther.

Thanks Cats sure know how to pose, Coda and your Poupi like panthers, and my Tigger like a tiger.
