The background is a lovely contrast in coolness to the warmth of the skin and hair. I love how the Hair and skin are more saturated than the background is. I thin you make have used a bit to much white for my preference. To me all the white on the girl takes away from your beautiful marketing.
I think it would have been much more effective if you have shaded with the markers a bit more to make it more dramatic, Mostly in the hair. Then you could have used minimal amounts of white just to hit those spots that would have the most amount of light on them.
I loved the chosen colors most of all. They go very well together.

Beautiful. However, a few parts could be improved on. The contrast in the hair could be worked on, especially when you put that much shine in, a deeper contrast between light and dark is needed. So far, i cannot tell teh light direction. You have over done the shine a bit, so now the main focus is on the hair, instead of the face, despite your composition. Skin tone could use deeper contrast to further emphasize the shadows and levels of the features, but i think this is due to the effect of the detailed hair, so you need a stonger face to attract attention.

Hey, that's a really nice drawing. The face, her expression, coloring, background, highlights... Everything, really. : )
Even the shading is good on this one. But there should be some darker shades under her cheek.
