did a little doodle of Chrysalis to update her dress for the Celestia/Chrysalis pic i was working on, but ended up adding more detail and it just became this.
i wanted to give her a kind of fall-from-grace look. torn dress, messy and oily hair, mangled crown, everything pointing to her having led a more magnificent life before now.
my backstory for her is that she had a prosperous kingdom long ago, but something happened to it and blames Celestia for the fall of her empire. she still holds on to the past with the remains of her dress and vast army of loyal followers, fueling her vengeance until the day she takes over Celestia's kingdom by force.
this is all me right now, she may have had her own backstory explained in the episode, but i don't remember much from it.
