Personality:
Ke Kai, or Kiki, is a no-nonsense kid who is in constant fear of her inevitable demise. Death lurks around every corner, and she's not gonna take any chances. She enjoys all things boring and mundane. She refuses to participate in anything active and outdoorsy that could put herself in harms way. She likes to spend her days sipping tea and solving word puzzles. As you could imagine, she's really fun at parties.

Daily Life:

As apposed to living with the other children, she lives by herself in a small cottage. No one really knows how she got it, not even Ke Kai herself, though she assumes it was inherited. She's been capable of taking care of herself for as long as she can remember, preparing her own meals, collecting wood for heat (sometimes coal if she's lucky), providing care for her bleppin, and even working a windmill to give her some power, even if it's very little. She doesn't have much, but she's preferred her isolated life to any life around a bunch of loud children. She considers the idea of moving in with the other children as a waste, as she thinks she knows enough about being a responsible adult.

Much of her interaction with other sleepkin is limited, but not unheard of. With no job, she tends to receive her resources through the Kindergarten teacher as hand-outs. John Flower supports her desire to be on her own, but Honey Flower has expressed her thoughts against it, which has caused Kiki to be more resilient towards her. Ke Kai has tried to reach out more socially in small acts, even as little as just reading in front of other naplings. Her larger attempts include trying to start up a book club to find other children who have the same interests as her.

Relationships: Maui (Animal Companion), Aizawa (Crush), Connor (Friend), Honey Flower (Knows, on bad terms with)
