Tears tracing glistening moments of sadness
Crossing cheeks so soft and sweet
Displaying her emotion for all to see
A battle rages and happiness cant compete
Despair has taken control of her heart
Sadness is in charge of her mind
How could a person that says he loves her?
Not truly see her, he must be blind
It's easy to destroy a woman's heart they are so fragile
Just to hold them is as easy as can be
But to make love to them and to make love to their mind
There are a few things you must be able to see
You have to look at the beauty that lies within
She is not just a pleasure for the eyes to behold
There is an inner strength and a mind that needs to be caressed
Where in lies a beautiful story to be told
You must realize that you are fortunate
To hold the key that unlocks such a loving heart
If you don't cherish it and take care of it
It will turn to ice and slowly break apart
The moral to this story is so simple
And to its end we all will concede
A moment in love is better than a lifetime without
Because that moment will last for eternity
