I think about you with every breath I take
At night I hear the wind whispering your name
The stars remind me of the twinkle in your eyes
Like the storms your spirit I could never tame
You came into my life when I needed you most
Bringing light into the darkness of my soul
Relieving me of my desperate misery
Giving back the love that someone else stole
Through divine intervention our paths crossed
I truly believe god sent you to help me
To rebuild a heart shattered by love lost
Putting a soul back where a soul used to be
If I had one wish yet to be fulfilled
And the possibility of it really coming true
I would wish for my life to be happy and complete
All that would require is being with you
So remember this my love as time passes by
Though it may look like it all is not lost
If you believe in me and the love that we have
