A random scene from my fan series.Becoming Fuhrer has definitely put a LARGE target symbol on Roy's back. Hired assassins from secret organizations are tracking him and it's up to Edward to protect Roy. They knew assassins were following them but now they can't detect their position. Roy and Ed stay hidden in the shadows of Central City.
Frustrated (and worried about Roy's safety), Ed decides to come out of hiding to act as a decoy.
Roy, "Ed, wait! Where are you going?"
Ed, "Just stay here and shut up."
It says Silver Serpent on Ed's gun. In case you were curious.
I miss working on my doujinshi. I'm trying to whip up some ideas for the next pages and I'm running into a rut. Figure I'd make this to give the muse fuel.

WHat's crazy about this is a friend and I are doing a Maximum Ride/FMA crossover fanfic. . . And that's exactly what one of our characters looks like, but without the military uniform. THe glasses, the ponytail. . . It's freaky. But then, he's supposed to look a lot like Ed.

Cell shading does take awhile to get used to. At least for us.
All I can really say is keep practicing and use cell shading refs if you must.

All you have to do is Google what words like this mean, except that you have to read carefully and think what the artist is actually saying if the words either exist or don't exist.
OTP means "one true pairing".

RED is a smaller abbreviation of "RoyEd". You take the "oy" out of "Roy" and leave out the "R", and Ed stays "ED". Therefore, it's RED! XD That's what the artist is talking about with the kind of words that are made up.

WInry would make it for him and etch the outer skin with alchemy symbols so he could clap his hands and customize it for whatever situation he's facing. Knowing Ed's design sense, that would result in some really gnarly pieces(see the chapter where he disguises the car in North City).

That is a good idea. I was thinking something similar with having
the symbols etched into his gun. He'd be able to change the type of bullets and
possible even change them into tranquilizers. And be able to change the gun into a
fully automatic and vice versa.
