Not too much to say about this, this was pretty much just meant to be a alternative to the dark theme for Windows with red accents. If you're a watcher you probably know the deal for the more recent themes by now, includes a cursor set and alternate variations of the theme depending on your preference (Aero or Aerolite / High Contrast). Kind of hilarious that Aerolite and in earlier OSes Classic (both used for High Contrast) provide a way better or at least more complete dark mode then Windows 10 / 11's actual dark mode though.
