Overall the piece is really solid and stands out nicely with it's color choices as well as the boldness. It definitely makes it seem unique with that kind of style you have. I absolutely love how the text stands out nicely without blending in too much with the background, and it's a nice touch.
The hands seem a bit off anatomy wise, as the position of the arms make them seem a bit awkward. I would suggest raising the shoulders slightly, as they tend to rise with the motion of pressing hands towards one another as you put them towards one another or hold an object in the center. Over all the colors and shading really make this pop though, and I love it for that.
