Description
Impa is the last known member of the Sheikah people the guardians of the royal family. She is also the nursemaid to Princess Zelda. When you first meet her in Hyrule castle she teaches you the melody she would sing to Zelda as A lulaby and then leads you out of hyrule castle and sends you through her howmtown of Kakariko to go to death mountian to retreive the Spirtul stone of fire. Later on you evenutally descover her UIn the shadow temple as the awakened sage of shadow.She tells you that princess Zelda is still alive abd gives you the shadow medalion.She then stays there until the right time.

Yes it is the legendary Sheikah known as Impa as she appears on her stained glass window in the chamber of the master sword in hyrule castle in wind waker. As per usual it's done in MS paint and such.
