So who would win in this fight?Toph can manipulate both metal and rock, while Magnito and Terra can only control only one, but they both can fly, and Toph is vulnerable to air-born attacks.

Magneto doesn't actually use traditional magnetism its more of him having control over the entire electromagnetic spectrum. (he can even bend light itself and condense matter).
In other words if he felt like it he could f**k your heart circulation into next week with a glance.
However Magneto wins by simply seducing the girls to his team. Its what he does.

Between Terra and Toph? Toph.
Toph just has greater control and martial skill.
Hovering on rocks would give Terra an advantage, but Toph could mitigate it enough by up turning the terrain to create a gauntlet or barrier that Terra would have to either go through or move.
Which would reveal her position to Toph.
But Magneto would pwn them both. For reasons posted above.

Well, Terra can't really fly, only control a rock, stand on it, and float in the air. I think she would lose, but it's hard to decide between Toph and Magnito. I guess Magnito cause Toph wouldn't be able to sense him when he flys.
