La extraΓ±a mecΓ‘nica del azarImpossible is for us to understand the strange mechanics of chance. Dies, cards, balls, ruled by numbers and enslaving the weak mind. The meaning of dreams is hidden behind those numbers. Probability runs the house, and a world of light and color floods its rooms. Black and red, colors of luck, are printed in the eyes of the seer.

This is one of the best paintings I've seen in a while! What an original concept! I love the way you combined the gambling paraphernalia and the mindless drones, with a robot overlord. It looks as if they are enslaved and content with it. Wonderfully painted too! The lighting gives it a warm, industrial, but classy vibe. Suburb!

I suppose ther texture you mention is the uneven coloring of the surface around the android. I cant decide if I did this on purpose: I always visualize these zones as homogeneous plain colors at first, but halfway through the painting I start adding these stains and textures that could pass for something experimental or something untidy and unfinished, depending on the eye of the beholder. That is a point I have to keep on working.
