OMG TWO POSTS IN ONE DAY, BY THEMERCIFULGUARD?!!?!?!? ALSO IT'S BEEN 2 YEARS EVER SINCE I STARTED DA???/ WHAT?!!?!??!!

Okay. So I know this is somewhat late, but I felt like I wanted to express something in my heart that has been aching to be unleashed. I did some modelling and rendered as quick as possible, and thank God everything went smoothly!

Ya' know, I've been browsing throughout the internet, and I frequently see people making jokes about Valentine's Day because they're single.
Well, it's a common thing these days. It's not like everyone gets their own partners, but today I want to share something, some wisdom you can say.

What if Valentine's Day isn't only for an individual and his partner to celebrate their love for each other, but a modest reminder to those who are alone, that time still gives innumerable chances for them to search for a significant other? Nay- but also for them to learn of the importance of loving themselves.
This day shouldn't be mourned for. I am single. I am alone. For a while, I have been feeling rather lonely, being weighed down by the Burnout Syndrome at the same time, but I clearly know this is not the time for me yet.

I believe as an adolescent, the years that time has provided me, shall not be wasted. These short years are to be spent the way we want it to be spent. These years are a humbling character-building experience, because in order for one to truly engage in a true relationship, one must learn to love oneself. I must learn to transform myself not only to become a man of success and wealth, but a man of value. Many have been in relationships, yet after mere short years, they part ways, and grief fall upon them, and to heal themselves they simply force themselves to forget.

Having thine heart split asunder is a horrid thing, yes. But that is why- before we open our hearts to the one we long to be with, we must strengthen it as if it was a rock of unshattering diamond. We must embellish it, for ourselves, then for them. We must embrace who we are, look up to the lights that lie between those grey clouds, ponder upon the privilidges we have been given, to be able to change ourselves. That is a human's power. It is not to be able to levitate to the greatest of heights, or absolute strength, but instead- the power to change ourselves. Thus, by changing ourselves, we pry open the gateways to endless possibilities of paths and choices we can make.

This day is not to be mourned for. Take thine time. Wait, and smile. It will be better for thee. Take this day, as the hours we spend to not only cherish our loved ones, but to cherish ourselves.

These two years have been magnificent to me. I have only realized yesterday- that the day I began to embark on this journey, it was Valentine's Day. Wonderful.
