i get the fact it is supposed to be a mature female Danny phantom but how is it not a more mature Dani phantom the younger female clone of Danny phantom no real way to tell the difference still a good picture tho

The legs look a bit weird, but otherwise amazing job. She looks so cool and confident, like you don't want to mess with her.

I think you did a good job on the figure here, and I see the connections to Dani Phantom's heroine outfit. I think the long hair looks great on her, and her eyes look bright and focused, a nice contrast from the dark red lipstick.
That said, the feet feel a bit disconnected from the body and the suit due to how you drew the ring around the ankles. I feel like maybe a more neutral color for her lips, or even some dark green might help as well.
