I've never mentioned this before, but I absolutely love love love Ace's hair. It's just always so bed-heady. It's so cute! My hair closely resembles Ace's wavy/curly locks, especially in the morning...only much less cute, it looks like a fro on me. XDI wanted to draw his hair extra curly today, and adorned with his mama's flower, the hibiscus (though very poorly drawn).
Anyway, I really had the urge to doodle something real quick, and I had to get the whole "need to draw" thing out of my system, since I'll be moving in a couple days. So I won't be able to draw probably until next week. TT^TT
I'll probably put this in scraps sometime later.

Yeah. When they dub One Piece, 4Kids changed his name and don't get me started with the voices and the RAP OPENING!!! They changed to go with the dub but I hear that piss off a lot of people, so I have hear they fix that but I don't have a good feeling about that. Hello,Zolo? What the hell were they smoking?

Oh yeah, that's right! I've only seen one episode of the dubbed OP(4kids version unfortunately) because I forced myself to, and by the end of it I wanted to cry because it was so horrendous. XD

I think they were. FUNanimation has the rights to dub One Piece and from what I hear they did a good job. They redub it and NO RAP OPENING!!! I mean, seriously! A Rap opening for a pirate show, what hell where they thinking?!!!!?? I swear the 4Kids were smoking something.

Yeah, I've seen clips of the funimation version. Luffy's voice annoys me, but it's definitely better than 4kids. I don't really liked dubbed anything anyway. Like I saw a dubbed episode of House or Bones(some Fox show) while I was in Japan. It was awful, I couldn't take the episode seriously because of the "eccentric" voices, so I ended laughing through most of it. XD

I had to listen to all of them and the rap opening on a dare. To say they plague me for a week wasn't worth the pocky.

And thank you for your prayers, hun! I'll be moving all my big stuff out this saturday. Then, I'll probably have to come back on Sunday/Monday to clean up and move out any little things I might have missed. Sigh...so much to do until then and so little time. I'm just glad the place I'm moving to is only 30 minutes away. These are times I'm glad I'm a girl because I don't have to move any of the big stuff...I'll leave that to my bro and bro-in-law!

My internal clock is really sensitive so I can usually wake up a few minutes before the alarm clock goes off. It's a gift and a curse because that means I can't sleep in no matter how tired I am. I'm so jealous of people like you, I haven't felt well rested in years!
Oh high school, memories from so long ago...I feel old again. So you just turned 14 today then I'm guessing? How fun! Oh, the good ol' days. High school can be a great place if you make it fun, I met some of my best(quirky and nerdy) friends there. Just be confident of who you are, and people will respect you. Although there was this racist guy in my class that HATED me and he would say things about me, but never said them to my face because, well, I was quite intimidating and didn't take crap from people. I told him off by cornering him in the hall (along with my gay best friend whom this racist guy also hated(surprise, surprise)) after he made fun a black guy who gave us a lecture during an assembly, and he never talked about me behind my back ever again! So yeah, just make the most of it!

Man, the latest I've slept in is around noon, but that was after my trip to Japan and I couldn't fall asleep till 5 am.
I figured that you were maybe born in Korea, but I didn't know you had spent so much time there before you moved to America. I guess you were basically my sister's age when she moved here. Do you have a Korean name, then? I know that a lot of Chinese and Korean kids in America have both American and Chinese/Korean names. I took a couple years of Korean during college, but I have forgotten everything I've learned.
I'm sorry you don't have many friends at school, hun. But don't worry, I'm totally antisocial as well. A LOT of people just annoy me. I'm really independent and a total loner, but I'm ok with it personally. I'm one of those people that can go days without any human contact and be totally fine. Some people don't understand that, but it's just my personality type.

Megumi is Japanese actually...he he he. The closest meaning would be "blessing," but there are many other meanings associated with it. My sister's name is Ai, which is "love." It's funny because we sooo don't fit those names personality-wise. We're so rough and tomboyish. XD My brother's name is Yohei, but I never write his name in Japanese so I forgot the kanji for it, has to do with the ocean or something. We don't really have American names, but I do have a middle name, and it's Mary, but I don't care for it. It just sounds awkward, and I HATE it when people call me Mary instead of Megumi (I also hate it when people call me Meg)...I like my first name, it stands out and it's unique(well, not in Japan, but here it is)
I only remember a couple words from Korean. Like Saranghae is "I love you!" and ummm...yeah...I can pick some words out when I'm watching a movie or something, but it's always hard to recall. And I have nothing against Korean, but I had such a crappy teacher that I ended up hating the classes.

I took 4 years of spanish in high school, and I liked it. Well, I hated it the first year since I had such a creepy teacher, he was 40-something, still lived with his mom, and wore a toupee. And he kept calling me Gracia for some reason...shudders...so creepy. But I had an awesome teacher for my last 3 years of spanish, and we just called her "senora" or "sra" for short. She was totally awesome. So yeah, unfortunately, language classes really depend on the type of teacher you get. Good luck though.

Yeah, my lease is going to be up. My brother and his wife just bought a really nice house, and they offered me a place to stay virtually rent free. This way, it'll give me a chance to save up some money before I go live on my own again. Sooo much packing to do still...TT^TT

Tell me about it, moving's a lot of work and such a pain in the ass. And I've gotten used to living on my own that it'll take some time to get used to living with roomies again.
