This is my wallpaper for Lucario, and it's perfect for almost all aspect ratios, so if you like it, hit the download button and/or leave a comment letting me know what you think and which one I should do next!
I ended up doing him/her in this blank environment because I couldn't think of a realistic one.

when i downloaded it i didn't get any armatures

The animation in the games was done by animating the verts individually, not using armatures, so there were no armatures for me to actually extract. You can add them yourself in about 5 minutes, I've got a youtube tutorial on the site that shows you how.

I love the glowing effect on the lettering.
When you use the extracted models from pokepark are they already rigged or did you have to do that yourself?

When I extracted them the models did have some kind of armature data, but I couldn't understand it, so have to rig them manually in blender.
