I'd say your rendition of the 1st Gen group are less ridiculed than the others, but then again, don't a lot of us have fond memories of the 1st Generation? I know I do.

Its not so ridiculed, because the source is pretty simple in its design and i was a bit bored of them anyway, the other gens had character I did not even knew they excist.
