I have watched cartoons starring this guy and, honestly, I'm not a fan of this character.
I find him rather annoying and trying too hard in being next zany cartoon character icon.
Being said, I can say your artwork on him looks great but it also reminds me that I don't like him (but it's not your fault

That's exactly what Tex Avery himself thought about his own creation. They wanted Tex to create a new "Bugs Bunny": so he tried to create something that was even more extreme than his previous creation, but he ended up hating him for being just too bombastic and annoying.
I must say despite all of that I like to watch his toons, cause some of the gags are pure genius.
