They are not my favourite henchmen or something but I remember them well: "Robin Hood" is one of my childhood classics and the characters make the movie, too. And the villains - even though they acted and looked funny - were still kinda threatning to the good guys, especially the little people.
You took these vultures and made the best out of them, your cartoon style fits perfectly to these guys
