What exactly is your problem with inking, where do you have problems?

I wouldn't say I have "problems" inking. I do most of my "inking" in Illustrator, but, while intuitive and control-friendly, it's not very organic of a process. I'm thinking a lot about how I'm going to approach illustrating my comics, and while I'd like to ink in Photoshop, I can't seem to get the same great, clean results others are able to in PS (to be fair, I suffer the same when inking traditionally, so maybe it's my hands).
I've used Sai and it's great, but unfortunately I no longer have it as the trial expired and my computer didn't like running larger-sized files, so it's not really an option for the comic.

When you don't messed up the pressure options of your Wacom tablet or the options in Photoshop, then is it really you pressure cordination of your hand.
But I got the experience that a Wacom is not the same like a brush. All I can say as an advise is that you should do less pressure on the beginning and end of a line and in the middle the pressure you want.
Be sure that your wacom is updated and that the Wacom pen in Ps is pushed.

I also don't really like Phosotshop as a line creator. You should try to stick to Flash, Manga studio or Painttool Sai. There you get the most fluid lines without any unnecassary extra work like in photoshop.
