nepta should have the next big thing smart contact lenses and if you want to 1-up those have nepta have a optical implant in her eye that projects images into her eyes

nepta can see night vision with glasses the more high tech version is the smart contact its a contact lens that projects images into your eyes i bet in the not too distant future soldiers would have a version that would show them heat signatures and radar. the more advance version of that is using implants in the eye sockets it would be a small project that would be implanted near the eye and would project images to your eyes. this idea hasn't been made yet but i would be eventually and they have already made eye implants for patients who are blind to cure their blindness but this tech isn't perfected yet

as technology progresses it gets cheaper one example is the mircowave oven the tech for it once started off for communications tech in ww II but the company that made this tech had to repurpose it and they invented the microwave oven and in the 70s they became cheaper and more available to people. something like implants will get cheaper due to advances in technology
