Description Yet more Unicorns! I'm slowly getting better at horse anatomy ha, I have three little horse figurines i bought that i use as reference from time to time.
This is just a miscellaneous herd of unicorns for a rainbow herd. Maybe, I was thinking, they are the relatives of Jimmy's Father?
Left to right: Maelstrom (and his broken horn), Cowslip (the shetland eating too much) Acolyte (the big guy), Violet (the purple), Odin (central), Aurora (the pink one), Tempest the foal, and Spectrum at the end.
I designed these for fun but please don't copy them - if they resemble anyone's OC's this is entirely coincidental and I apologize!

Wow, this art is pretty old! back in 2011! I happened to see this piece shared on Tumblr (which was why I thought it was much more recent!), and I thought that the characters had so much personality in them, I wanted to come and see the story behind them! Each one has a clear personality and opinion about the world, and it's awesome!! Great job!

It's amazing how you've given each of the characters a unique/expressiveness just through the poses and expressions (not tomention that the linestyle/coluring is very pretty) -I love it

Such sweet personalities showing through in each...I love the colors!!!! They remind me of He-Man (Cowslip) & She-Ra (Odin) Plus...some MLP characters from way back when...and Acolyte reminds me of my cat

haha your cat? Amazing! Spectrum (the green one) does look a bit like Fizzy from the first mlp series. That was an accident, i only realized when I was going to draw bubbles instead of stars...then i thought, wait...where have i seen that before?

Heh..yup. My cat. But to be fair...my cat is awesomely like a fluffy lion cub I don't remember any of the MLP characters specifically...it's been about 20 years since I've seen them ...I just rememebr having a pink one with blue hair when I was little. I'm thinking it was actually that pink one, Aurora, that reminded me of that But I think he was a boy in the cartoon...and not nearly as pretty.
