Ok, I sent nearly all day casting yesterday and almost finished everything.
One of the thighs need to be drilled still so I used the original clay sculpt here so I could string her.
I only need to cast the hands and that's all!

The sculpting isn't too bad if you know what you are doing, but the mold making and casting are very difficult and costly. If I were just making her out of clay to make a finished doll, she would be done a lot sooner. I plan to cast her in resin for sale when she is done so I have to go through several extra steps to make sure she is high quality.

I did something like that a while ago, in plaster. Took me weeks to finish it and that was just one piece! ...so I get the idea :S

Does she stand with your leg design? I was unsure if she could with the extreme anthro-bent-leg look.
