Yes I have. I watched Brotherhood last summer. ...then I immediately watched the original anime version afterwards. hahahaha. So much lamer xD

I definitely love Brotherhood much much more. It could also be that I watched that one first. So I never "grew up" with the original version.

I guess Brotherhood is better Even though I LOVED the 1st anime
In Brotherhood there are so many awesome characters like Ling, Greedling, May, Olivier she was scary Pride, OMG for a little kid he was heartless but no less amazing
But I liked how you got to see more of how Ed and Al grew up in the 1st one
But it seems that I do prefer Brotherhood

Nope, the manga wasn't done yet. Heck, the manga was barely finished when Brotherhood finished. I think I read somewhere that the author packed in 100 pages into the last chapter so that the manga could finish before the anime! Which makes me wonder how the anime got the manga so spot on if it wasn't even finished yet LOL
haha yah. Brotherhood had to kinda cut to the chase since the beginning of the first anime was fairly accurate

Haha, I'm sure that even if the manga wasn't finished before Brotherhood, the author would've had a good idea about how it was to end.
I think that the manga was about 4 volumes in before they started/finished the 1st anime because thats where it seems to steer off course from the manga
