The ref is a bit off by this point, and I'm lazily trying to steadily update/redraw it... but I'm putting it off for MANY reasons.
That and the fact that Dralka's technically my twin. Me, Saph, doesn't have the scars and a there are a few personality differences. And the fact that I'm not an Undertale character. Buuuuuuuut..... that's where I'm currently mostly found. With Undertale characters.

Gaster pretty much has Factorytale Angel strapped down so he can do a load of painful experiments to test her magical limits.

in this AU at least. my head cannon is that he was just an awkard scientist dude who loved sans and pap in his own way. (I quite like the "he cloned him self" headcannon. i also like the "He split in half" one)
but yes, alas in many a story (handplates, I'm feeling fine kid, factory tale, ect) he is, in two words, a little bitch.

In this Au he's still the royal scientist, though he's currently experimenting on how to make a monster's soul stronger so it can be capable of more dangerous amounts of magic.
He wants to create someone strong enough to get rid of the barrier without needing to use human souls : since they're not easy to come by. essentially a libing weapon.
Let's just say it doesn't go too well.
