Description
These rocket launchers appeared on the battlefield in 1941. The rockets were ignited electrically and remotely. Due to the low initial speed, the grenade part of the rocket needs to be less powerful than a corresponding artillery grenade and can therefore contain more explosives. The maximum range is 6900 meters. Originally intended for creating a smokescreen, the weapon's widespread was later utilized when firing at surface targets. The rate of fire was 6 shots in 10 seconds. With a trained crew, 3 salvos, ie 18 shots, could be fired in 5 minutes.
