It's no wonder Bellwether is angry, I can understand why. Everyone seems to be celebrating something she can never be a part of which involves friendship and true love, so angry with everything that it seems parties, gatherings, and special occasions were never meant for her, even if she didn't get involved with the night howler scandal. I imagine she wants to take a dangerous weapon and point it at Lionheart and all who see her as nothing but a monster, born to be one,Β and will die as one, having no point in finding happiness for anything anymore.
Anyways, I think you mean March the 4th since you replaced it with the dollar sign. But don't worry, it happens. But yes, no matter what, I'm still glad Zootopia is here and will stay.
