Wow, they look even more different from each other than they did in the first one... obviously because of Kurt's dramatic change to his appearence from his pool job.. Kurt remains to be my favourite and definitely the best looking of the three.. Ryan looks so much like their dad, is that a scar on his eye??

It's explained in Plastic Bitch, from working in the pools... I think he got some kind of chlorine possibly infection thing (my memory is terrible) and it turned his skin a teal colour and his eyes yellow...

THEY GROW UP SO FAST
Kurt has that bird-of-prey focussed look perfected and ouuuuhhhh I love it. Georgie's necklace is perfect of course, given the nature of his employ and Ryan looks very much like Clint - apple hasn't fallen far from the tree here.
