This is a sketch I did in the /f/ drawthread on pregchan. Usually I go over my sketches with the pen tool to really refine the lines to give it a nice clean look. However, that takes me a lot longer than something like this. All the coloring and lines were simply done with my sketch pad. (plus lines for fur tend to look better when they look all sketchy like this anyway.)

Let me know in the comments if you wouldn't mind more unrefined sketches like this one! Personally I wouldn't mind throwing up a few quick sketches like this in between my more refined content.
