You can also Xyz Summon this card by targeting 1 "Black Ray Lancer" you control and 1 "Number 39: Utopia" in your GY and using them both as Xyz Material. (Transfer Xyz Materials to this card.) You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the effects of up to 2 monsters your opponent controls, and if you do, they lose 500 ATK, also they cannot declare an attack. If an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can negate the attack. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can make this card lose 400 ATK until the End Phase, also this card card can attack again in a row. If this card is destroyed: You can Special Summon 1 "Black Ray Lancer" from your GY, also attach 1 "Number 39: Utopia" from your GY to it as Xyz Material. You can only use each effect of "Utopic Black Ray Lancer" once per turn.
