The reasoning for the blue glowing arm...I've always imagined Future Gohan having his arm return in the form of Ki if he had enough power to do so...Like if he were SSJ2 he'd have one appear (Extreme manipulation of ki to get it to work .3.)
(I've had the ki arm idea for years now XD)
