I believe it was a 20 second shutter at F5.6 Iso 100

I'm just curious I find your experiments with lights fascinating!
But I wonder how you made yourself so sharp and in total focus with a 20 second shutter?

Ahh well thank you once again
I set up an off camera flash to my right handside . This is set to fire at the end of the exposure to freeze me in place That and a little pre-focus action and I was good to go !
