Seeing this, I'm reminded of an emperor who was his father's youngest son, yet usurped the throne thanks to the machinations of evil advisors, and afterwards executed most of his older siblings for not supporting his claim to the throne - Qin Er Shi, the second emperor of the Qin Dynasty in China.
