Ooh I really like this! I really love the colors you used in this, especially when it comes to the smoke coming out of the cigarette and the graffiti.
The character overall is pretty cool looking, and that probably comes from awesome character design! The only thing I think you should work on is proportions (i.e the anatomy of his arms) but that's just a lil nitpick. Other than that, I love it
