Ever since I've started drawing MLP art I've always wanted to draw these two together. Now I feel it's the right time to feature these two famous pegasus mares, and here they are! I present to you the Mother-Daughter duo of Rainbow Dash and Firefly! I love drawing these two, they are the characters who I have done the most, and I'm finally glad I've finally done them together.

Let's talk about the drawing, and I have quite a bit to say about this one. It took a long time to do and make things right. Dashie was mostly fine, and her proportions don't look to bad. Her mane is nice and a bit messy and I quite like it like that. Firefly's was a bit more complexed, I did her G1 style mane instead of the one featured in Dashie's original concept art. It looks a bit too big admittedly, and it is very tricky to do. I did some shadowing in her mane though and it doesn't look too bad, but I think the darker shade of blue looks too dark for it to be a shadow. Not a big fan of her tail, drew it like that since I didn't have a lot of room to do it. By contrast though, Dashie's looks really good. Not really a fan of their cutie marks either, Dashie's looks a bit unusual and I can never seem to draw Firefly's correctly...Saying all of that though, I really do like this drawing and I'm glad I've finally drawn these two together I should draw them again soon at some point I reckon.
