Well guys, I'd like you all to meet Aisling, Brendan and Pangur BΓ‘n. These three are from the savage movie The Secret of Kells. Its a great movie and it was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.Here's the trailer [link] If ya ever come across the movie, watch it. The style and animation is just beautiful and the characters are so endearing. You will fall in love with this enchanting tale inspired by Irish mythology.
Oh and "Cairde Is Fearr" means best friends in Irish.
And one more thing, scanners are still evil!!

man i loved this movie. im a lil unhappy with how they portrayed the vikings, prolly cuz im scandinavian. but i know they pillaged a lot of villages n such... but this was a wonderful movie 10/10.

Oh! I love this movie. It finally dispelled the myth that Japan has some kind of monopoly on mysticism. Maybe next week we can try to turn the stories of my great great grandpa Chief Grey Sun of the Cherokee People into full lengthy movies. Or those of my Navajo great uncle, or of the local tribes of the Pacific North West.

Just watched the movie recently on Netflix, I was very pleasantly surprised!
This is really nice an on model too.
(As for scanner issues, the easiest way to get pictures to look the way you want is to go to your adjustments tab in w/e program you use, then tweak with the "levels" button. Also mess with the brightness/contrast and you should be set!)

Oh, I really want to see this movie! They have a version completely in Irish, too! And Pangur Ban belongs to that poet who wrote the poem, "Pangur Ban, I and my cat, Tis a similar task we're at" and so forth.

Thank you for answering. I would like to try markers but I don't know what house's one to buy. The ones in packages that look kind of pro cost a lot and their is many diferent brands. What do you recomend? Wich one did you use?

I use promarkers and prisma markers. They are expensive but they are worth it.
