Once again, dA is acting up on me. Im not sure how long Ive been trying to upload this. Lets just say it took forever.Ive been feeling a bit down and sick lately. Not sure why, so I decided to draw some Tokka since Tokka always cheers me up. Especially Snowy Tokka. And yes people, it did cheer me up!
Now Tophs 15 and Sokkas round 18 here and janey mac he's no longer oblivious!
Time to party! Break out the cactus juice!

The body language is completely amazing. You've nailed everything perfectly. They look like actual human beings that are actually in love (if that makes sense). It's adorable.

You know when I logged on and saw I had one deviation, I was thinking it's probably a picture from an artist I subscribed to long ago and am no longer really into their art. But then I saw Tokka Doodles and your name and I freaked out. x)
These are all so adorable! I really love the first panel, where Toph looks so surprised and worried and Sokka is just grinning - it's so cute! I always love your drawings. I can't wait to see more Tokka love! <3

"You what?" Sokka heard the words she'd said, but couldn't quite believe them. "How long?"
"You heard me," Toph said, and lowered her head, almost embarrassed. "And for a long time. Remember when you fainted after I beat all those guys that kidnapped me and Aang?" Sokka nodded. "Since then."
Sokka couldn't help but grin at her nervousness. He lifted her chin so he could look into her eyes. "You know," he began, "I have a confession of my own." A small smile played on her lips. His voice was barely above a whisper. "I love you too."
No more words were necessary. He pulled Toph closer to him, then wrapped his arms around her waist. Her hands moved up and rested on his chest. Pure instinct took over, and their lips met in their first - but definitely not last - kiss.
Very sappy, yeah, but I wrote it in less than 5 minutes, and I was inspired.
You probably have a whole different scene in mind, don't you?
I hope your feeling better after your snowy Tokka love.

Glad you're feeling a little better. Tokka makes me feel great too. I've gotta get writing really. With the amount of Tokka love I have to write, I should be feeling out of this world!
