This is just a little random interaction between Nao and Saeko~

Even before Nao and Yuu started going out, she often came over to Tanaka's house together with Yuu to play games or help them study in case they needed it. Quite naturally, she felt attracted to Saeko's cool nature and Saeko grew fond of Nao pretty quickly as well. Over time, Saeko has basically become an older sister to Nao and she was always jokingly telling Tanaka and Yuu to get themselves a girlfriend like her. When Tanaka told her Nao and Yuu became a couple, she was super excited.
This scene takes place a few days after Yuu's confession , Tanaka has already told her but she hasn't seen the two yet. When she came home and heard that they were home, she immediately sprinted to Tanaka's room and congratulated Nao happily.
Noya's taking a bath in Tanaka's house btw, because he's gonna stay over (while Nao will go home later).

If it isn't clear, the subtitles in italics are said by characters who aren't in the frame while the normal ones are said by characters who are there.
