Description

Penny was known for a particular brand of clumsiness. She ran and played and got into trouble about as much as any curious little wyngling would, but she ended up with a lot more bruises than the typical kid. She bumped into things as if she couldn't quite place exactly where they were, she squinted at things more than most, and she was almost completely incapable of figuring out letters. Finally, it was decided that she should get a checkup, and lo and behold! Dr. F was quick to plop some glasses on her.

Penny was amazed. Suddenly, hazy blobs morphed into distinct shapes, dark smudges on paper became letters and words, and the world even seemed to have more color somehow! She was out of that office before she could even get the rest of Dr. F's lessons on glasses and their care, leaving her caretaker to take it as a message.

Leaves! Grass! Bugs! The world was bright, fresh, and new! And Penny was going go explore it ALL!

Little story of why Penny was (and still kinda is) pretty clumsy. With her genetics split evenly between quill and finn, it's had some strange effects on her eyes as if they couldn't decide what they wanted to be and just decided on giving up. XD But now with glasses, SHE'S UNSTOPPABLE
