Im sorry, this is completely rubbish and hard to see what it is, i was bored having 10 mins free time and I just sketched this up on Paint.
For those who wish to know what it is its a Scene from the Pokemon Anime First Episode where Ash gets his Pikachu.
This part is where they fall off the hill on the bike and are being chased by spearow. I remember this episode so well

It took me a second to distinguish the spearow, for a second I thought they were Zapdos
