I drew these a few months back but just got around to finishing the colouring now. Basically what I wanted to do here was draw a couple of characters without putting any thought into them beforehand, and just draw randomly and see what I get. This is what I came up with...lol.

Both characters are part of a secret organization whose motives are unknown.

The one on the left is named Ophelia(first name that came to mind lol). She is something of an information gatherer for the group, sneaking around, eavesdropping, and scouting(floating hood courtesy of a major boo-boo on my part).
She's very good at hiding her presence. Though she's not afraid to get her hands dirty and will sometimes carry out assasinations. But only on individuals who may stand in the way of the goals of the organization. She's not an evil person, though she is a bit...mad in the head.
Her clockwork dragon, Friedrich, accompanies and assists her on all her assignments.

The one on the right is Bastian von Knauss(again, the first name I thought of XP). Bastian is a 14 year-old mad, egomaniacal genius. He may not be the actual leader of the organization, but he certainly sees it that way.
He lost both his legs in a lab explosion(wears one phony leg for some reason), so he built four mechanical legs of a size befitting his ego. He is also the one who built Friedrich for Ophelia.
Just like Ophelia, Bastian is not an evil person, but his methods and way of thinking can sometimes be ruthless and unsettling to those around him. In the end he just wants what's best for the people, by any means necessary.

Eh, just a quick summary. They're not part of any story so that was all pretty much random info.
