That's right, different colours! The colours of danger! Warning! And now, ninjas...What I learnt (to hate) with stencils that are very basic or contain solid, clear shapes (like [link] haha) is that even the least bit of underspray will make them look bad. I don't know, maybe it's just me, as an 'artist' that gets bothered at it and those who don't stencil don't see it as such a big deal.
I also hate black paint. None of the big brands have a decent stenciller's paint, you know, stuff that isn't thick as porridge which gunks to the side of the stencil and splodges underneath.
I should probably be trying these out on cardboard instead of canvas but there *is* a difference between 'em, so I guess you have to break a few eggs...

I was taking the rubbish out yesterday and I was just setting the bin bags down when ALL OF A SUDDEN a ninja leapt from my pocket and tried to assassinate me. I managed to haggle him down to a nipple-cripple.

Yeah stencils are a pain in the ass, limiting, and sometimes get ruined wih under or overspray... You should try screenprinting, it's much better.

Well overspray is pretty easy to avoid, underspray is indeed a bitch (although spray adhesive does a great job of combatting that) and stencils are more accessible than screenprinting, atleast for me. From what I've read it sounds more complicated but when I get around to doing stuff on t-shirts, I'll definately look into it.

Well I've made 3 and in this 'ere Notepad file, I have 14 more ideas. A couple of them won't work, so currently there'll be around 15 in total but I want to produce as many as my imagination will come up with. In that approach, I hope I make atleast one or two designs that any visitor to CC will like and buy. It's like pokemon.
They also look freakin' sweet next to each other.

Currently it's a split between a couple shelves in my room and the garage, although I try to refrain from keeping finished stuff there as the atmosphere can damage it...

I do agree canvas are much better and i save on paint with the amount of base layers i have to do.

NINJAS! You should also do one next to it for Shuriken Crossing! Just do a simple series of three shooting across the canvas.

Aye, that had more than this 'un although I think the sunlight on the 'Fireman' amplified it a little. Oh yeah, I designed a double spaced flame one and looks better, less fiddly and more striking as a sign should be. Realised I didn't have to spray designs to see which was better, just compare their digital equivalents
