Did you get this costume from ebay? Ive seen one jsut like it on there, and i was wondering about the shoes? Are they a particular size or do they just go on over your shoes?

You haven't seen one just like it on ebay, or anywhere else for that matter, sorry. It's a custom and the shoes are proper shoes. And its quality far exceeds whatever you'll get on ebay!

I have to say this the best Harley Quinn I've seen it's practicaly perfect. (all you need is a crazy clown man and a pair of hyenas) I think what I like most though is the cork gun it's just the perfect finishing touch.

The mask looks perfect, and the gun that I'm going to knick at some point in the future is heavenly. Suit fits perfectly; the biggest fear for me making my own (I do the research and then chicken out/run out of free time) is getting the fit just right, which you have down pat!
You make me wish I had access to red and black spandex down here in tassie (am building a house), and a sewing machine.. and well.. a lot of stuff tbh...

The fit - it is pretty good but actually is a little big. I'd prefer it to be more fitted, but I'm shrinking at the moment - it's getting bigger! I'm gonna need a smaller one made again in the near future.
