Now, we're all fashionable like Eleanor.

Due to the circumstances I wish it wasn't fashionable.

I know. But maybe if we thought it was fashionable, maybe more people would be wearing them. I wear one but not everyone is covering their face.

That's really sad. People using a disease, which has being demonstrated of not being as dangerous like Mass media say, for acting racist towards a minority. And they still accuse it of being dirty unciviliced which eat cats and dogs. It's another thing that confirms us humans capable of despicable things.
I'm sorry for these people, I'll put all myself for making every people tolerate and love each other, despite the differences in country, race, religion, sexuality and other stuff, just like you're trying to do with Team Harmony.
I'm sorry Eleanor, you're lucky of being just an imaginary character. For answering your question, NO, that's not what I think

That's why I like you very much Mik, you really know that people don't deserve this kind of treatment. And you understand what I'm trying to do here.

People seriously use disease as an excuse to be hateful? That's just sick in its own right.
Plus, the apparent stereotype of Asians willing to eat anything just reminded me of my character, Soundwave. She has Chinese roots and has a habit of digging into trash cans for hamburgers. I'm suddenly worried about that being tasteless and not just because of how gross it sounds.

Oh most definitely. It's just disgusting.
Well I got two options to workout that problem. You can either scrap the concept or tackle it head on and try to work into your story. After all it ain't the first time you came across that problem.

Here, here.
I would hate to say it, but I think tackling it head on is the
better option. The whole "I'm gonna dig into the trash" ties
into her totem animal being the raccoon and what else do
you associate raccoons with apart from the mask pattern on
their face? Until it's dug up much deeper, yikes I didn't think
I would do something accidentally offensive.

Well I'm glad that you are going for the tackling option. Like I told you before it's not the first time it's happened with you. You have a tendency to have a bit of an unorthodox way of storytelling. On the service it leaves many people confused but once you start to reveal things and contexts people begin to understand.
