Based on Action Comics #242 www.comicvine.com/action-comic… where Superman takes on Brainiac in Brainiac's first appearance. Here I updated the cover. Giving Supes his DC 52 outfit and Brainiac with a mixture of his DCAU design and his pre-flashpoint design and actually gave him a decent pair of pants!Brainiac and Superman (c) DC comics
