I did a left side elbow strike, ax kick and palm strike. The middle of the board came out on my palm strike but I got second due to my friend (we compete trying to break punch breaks) actually breaking hers for the first time at a tournament. I decided not to do one because I knew I wouldn't break it. But I figured out why I haven't been able to break it. I couldn't break it because I'd be stationary, I realized this when she was stepping into her after her ax kick. The stepping in gives you more power and momentum. I'll start conditioning my hands and do this next time

It doesn't hurt me. I've done punches before, on trees, benches, bricks now and boards. It doesn't hurt, just bleeds lol.

No, not at all. My hands never hurt but we only get three tries and when we don't, they make me stop because I'm bleeding. I almost broke it once but they made me quit.

I won't. I only hit wrong once but I've learned since how to hit and hit it on the right knuckles now. But my boyfriend is making me condition my hands

easiest way to do that is strike sand (and least painfull)

That's true...but we have no sand here XD I've been using bricks at my boyfriend's apartment. It gets numb after a couple hits so it's easier to keep going.
