There isn't much to critique, this is clean and beautifully shaded with on point anatomy!

But I don't spend my time writing these to suck up now, do I?

I would suggest making the wings bigger, and if this is a Great Horned Owl, maybe make the "horns" fluffier and smaller? And for the speckles I would put in that you should make them more frequent and with varying sizes, and the way I do that is to vary the size of the brush or make the dots by hand rather than just tapping/clicking the tablet/screen to make them. I would also recommend tipping the tail feathers like the wings.
