Well since so many people were interested in using this base and I'm feeling generous I'm releasing it for public use.
However this is not for monetary use! I don't want to see point/cash adopts, commissions, ect made with it because I might use it for those kinds of things.
It has very minimal shading because it is meant for character references with flat colors but you are free to shade it however you want.
