Couldn't help myself I had to do a pixel of dragon!Eclipse even if it is a small one to show off her glorious colors.
This is actually the first finished pixel of this form. 
So if you are curious the title is a reference to the meaning of her last name in her native language and because that green thing floating above her is a lost soul she's playing with comforting.
And heh, Eclipse in front of an eclipse. Look how clever I am! *shot*
So more silly dragon pixels y/n?

Wow, that is so awesome. I really love dragons, I'm good at drawing them on paper with pencil, but I never could be as good at pixeling them as you are. Really love this, and would love to see more dragons done by you.

Thank you so much! I do too! I'd say I'm about 50/50 on traditional drawings. I originally sketched this on paper and redrew it in paint. I actually have a tutorial that might help you with your freehand pixels: Pixel Line Art Tutorial

Yeah lot of time when I do my art, especially my drawings and anime pictures I draw them on paper first then scan them onto computer, to darken lines up and color it in Gimp. Now for my pixel most of the time I just use Gimp and MS Paint to do them. Only piece of art that I drew freehanded completely on my own in MS Paint, with no drawing used was this companion cube icon I did xavs-pixels.deviantart.com/art⦠still very proud of it. Thanks for the tutorial, that will probably help me out a lot, so now I'll know how to take my normal drawings and turn them into pixel art drawings as well. I can't wait to see your dragon characters, which reminds me I need to design Dragon Rider and a Dragon OC from How To Train Your Dragon.

Yeah after watching my brother play Portal enough times got the urge to do the companion cube. I drew it using all the tools in MS Paint, so still my proudest piece as was 100% free drawn and shaded by me.Β Yeah making them should be fun, just got to find way to find out all the types of dragons there are in How To Draw Your Dragon and choose one to make OC of with my own colors and markings. I've seen so many people making dragons just like toothless so that has been overdone. Plus the Dragon Rider, have to make sure to do 2 outfits for, for the 1st and 2nd movie especially now that I recently saw the second movie.

Yeah I'll make sure to check that out, hopefully will have a listing of all the dragons. Yeah their needs to be more creativity, it actually kinda isn't too hard to be more creative with dragons for How To Train Your Dragon. You see so many different dragons in the movies and TV Show, that you could use, plus in their world they have a book full ofΒ different dragon species, which you finally start seeing more of them in the TV Show.
