oh my! is the month of the year again! while i joke about about Chimata capitalizing off pride month like companies at June is pretty funny but i also like to think it also symbolize the spirit of pride.
she is the god of marketplace who refuse to disappear for good and clinging to dear life, and due to the event of TH19 she got her faith back and she's not letting go. even her theme convey this feeling.

after years of mistreatment and erasement we are still standing strong, we are refusing to let people make harmful legislation to silence us. younger generation has become more open minded we are at the era where albeit risky to come out publicly is acceptable. it slowly but surely will payoff, i hope so.

oh and relating to pride in my country, i dont expect much because its an extremely religious country and i expect the worse from it. but luckily Pancasila exist that prevent harmful legislations to happen like in Florida... also i am extremely happy for Bangkok's first pride and the Jakarta Women March's events this year!
